Plain-language explanations for product discovery and comparison.
API
An interface that lets another application use a service. Access and usage charges can differ from a consumer subscription.
Offline
Operation without an internet connection. Check exactly which functions remain available.
Operating domain
The locations and conditions in which a system is designed to operate, such as road type, weather or geography.
Payload
The load a robot can carry or manipulate under stated operating conditions.
Precision
For compute, the numeric format used in calculations. For robotics, the meaning and test method of a precision claim must be stated.
Bandwidth
The amount of data transferred per unit of time. The interface and measurement conditions matter.
SLA
A service-level agreement describing promised service levels and the remedies or processes when they are not met.
Human oversight
The role people play in reviewing, supervising or approving a system’s output.
Access
How the product is supplied, such as a subscription, business contract, cloud service or purchased device.
Availability
Where and how a product can be accessed. An announcement does not establish current stock or service coverage.
